WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer two kinds of shipping. One is completely free, and the other one costs 2$ extra in order to insure your package.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
If you order before 23:00, it gets shipped the next day. The delivery time is between 15-25 days, but keep in mind that it can take a few days before you receive your tracking number.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via the email so you can keep track of it. It normally takes 2-5 days before you receive a tracking number.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Google/Apple pay, iDeal (Netherlands) and Bancontact (Belgium). If you are not sure if your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to confirm your payment method.
IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
All our payments are processed by Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe, which we use to offer our customers a 100% secure experience through SSL security. So, worrying about the safety of our checkout system is the last thing you should worry about.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order by selecting "add to cart" when you visit our home page or our product page. After that, you'll need to follow the steps which are shown at the checkout.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you don't need an account to order. But if you want to save your address for a next order, you could actually create an account.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
To return a product simply contact our customer service via email@example.com and we will provide you with the return shipping address. After you have confirmed your return, you can return the product to us by a registered mail using a courier of your choice.
Cancellation is only possible if your product hasn't been shipped yet.
